To achieve the SDGs by 2030, the participation of all stakeholders is crucial. Within this context, how can culture and the creative industry contribute to the SDGs?
On October 9, 2020, during the UNESCO Creative Cities Domestic Network Conference held in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Researcher Tsuda presented examples related to the UNESCO “Culture 2030 Indicators ,” which illustrate the relationship between culture and the SDGs.
The presentation has now been included in the report titled “Report on the Results of the 2020 Cultural and Arts Creative City Promotion Project” (pages 162-167), published by the UNESCO Creative Cities Network Japan. We hope you find it useful.
