In March 2026, a new issue of Tsunakan (Vol. 47), a Japanese journal focuses on global partnerships for the environment, was released by the Global Environmental Outreach Centre (GEOC). Ms. Kurara Masaoka who participated in the Youth Empowerment Programme Ishikawa Kanazawa Training Course, a joint programme by Ishikawa prefecture, Kanazawa City and UNU-IAS OUIK, contributed the report “Disaster Risk Reduction That Leaves No One Behind”.
